Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Free shipping may be offered on selected orders or promotional campaigns.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor your shipment status.

Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times. If the delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability of the customer, the order may be returned to us.

If you receive a damaged or tampered package:
Do not accept the delivery if possible
Take photos of the package
