Returns
Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns once the package has been opened or consumed.
Returns may only be accepted if:
The product received is damaged
The wrong product was delivered
The package is tampered with during delivery
Reporting an Issue
To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Photos of the product/package
Description of the issue

Refunds
Once the issue is verified, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
Taste preferences
Minor packaging variations
Delayed deliveries caused by courier partners or unforeseen events
