- Biteora began on a foggy December evening in a Mumbai kitchen, when a half-finished bag of dadi's roasted makhana met a stash of peri-peri seasoning brought back from Lisbon. One bite later, we knew Indian snacks deserved a louder, prouder, global voice.
- Today, we hand-roast our makhana from the lakes of Bihar, partner with millet farmers across Karnataka, and pack every bite with traceable, real ingredients — no palm oil, no shortcuts, no apologies.
